When I started yoga in September 2023, I couldn’t touch my toes, my back and hips were stiff from years at a desk, and an old ankle injury still bothered me. I was also really struggling with anxiety. Yoga helped me heal—physically and mentally - and feel in control again.
I recently completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga, in India, and I want to help others experience the same transformation.

What is coaching?Coaching is a guided process that helps you gain clarity, set goals, and take action toward personal or professional growth. It’s not about giving advice but rather empowering you to find your own answers through thought-provoking questions, insights, and accountability.

How many coaching sessions will I need?It depends on your goals and what you want to achieve. Some clients benefit from just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. We’ll discuss your needs in our initial chemistry session (offered at half price) to find the best approach for you.

What is a chemistry call?A chemistry call is a low-cost introductory session (half price) where we explore your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in a coach. It’s a chance to see if we’re the right fit before committing to a coaching plan—no pressure, just a conversation!
